to the alpina loyalty program

general information:

you collect your smile awards with every accommodation transaction at our hotel.

after your stay, you will receive an e-mail with the credited points in your personal account.
(e.g. 10 euros is equal to 100 smile awards).
your smile awards will be automatically credited to you a few days after your departure.

you can see the points in the departure email.

terms and conditions:

the mentioned benefits are valid only when you book directly at the hotel alpina.
all benefits are valid per year and cannot be carried over to the following year.
the benefits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
